Refund policy

Returns 
All Bad-A-Body items are fullfilled specifically for you and to your specifications, sizing requestes, colors etc. All buyers are guaranteed new, unused items and for this reason All Sales Are Final. However, should you have any issues with your items we need to be contacted within 24 hours of delivery, If 5 days have gone by since delivery confirmation unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot exchange for color discrepancies as all items are made as shown we can not be responsible for changes of mind or computer/device screen color discrepancies. Please ensure you order the color you want upon purchase or leave us a note in regards to the color you would like. Please contact us with any questions! 

Non-returnable items: 
Custom Items or items that require size specific or  material specific to the design of your order including color selection

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior contact and exchange approval.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 
If you are approved, we will then contact you concerning the specifics of your return.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

Shipping 
To exchange your product, please contact us for return mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also you will be responsible for any reshipping costs of the exchanged item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item for exchange.
