How Long to Create my Items?
All Bad-A-Body Items are Made to Order. We make your items fresh, with your specifications and just for you.Each item is new and unused fresh from our design team to your home.
Every item you receive from Bad-A-Body is Made to order, meaning there are not hundreds or thousands of mass produced items being pulled off a shelf. Creation times do vary due to order influx and Holidays.
We try to get all our orders out in as timely a manor as possible without sacrificing the high quality Daisy Manor is known for.
Standard Creation time for Bad-A-Body orders is 7-10 Business Days. Larger orders may take longer please contact us if your order is needed by a specific date as we are happy to work with you. Or leave a note upon purchase with the date you need your order by.

Again please remember our quality product takes time to create correctly. Thank you for your patience with our creation time, these items are more than worth the wait.
What Shipping Charges Can I Expect?
Domestic Shipping Prices, do vary depending on the item, the size and the quantity of items that you order.
Current Wall Canvas Shipping for US Domestic Shipping:
All US Domestic Packages (with few exceptions) are shipped via USPS, DSL, Fedex or UPS and generally arrive within 5 business Days.
All International Packages (with few exceptions) are shipped via USPS Mail, Shipping Time varies from country to country please contact us for more specific estimates.
What about Customs, Duties, Tariffs and Taxes?
All customs fees and shipping fees are paid in full prior to the shipment of your order. (US Customs do not allow shipment to be processed without being paid in full prior to shipment.) Any duties or tariffs that you may be required to pay are required by the country in which you reside and these extra charges may occur randomly by your government with or without explanation.
As Bad-A-Body is a US based Business we cannot foresee such charges nor are allowed to pay these duties or tariffs. Therefore we are NOT responsible or liable for any of these additional charges.
Unfortunately, by your own country's laws, you as the buyer assume such a tax by purchasing imported items. If you are required to pay anything in addition to received your package you need to contact your local customs, claims or tariffs office for details.
While we understand these duties and tariffs can be frustrating, should you NOT claim your package, your country will hold the items in an unclaimed facility and therefore the items will not be returned to us and we cannot and will not offer any refunds for unclaimed items.
We sincerely apologize for any such inconvenience that unexpected and unforeseen duties, tariffs and taxes may cause. Every time a customer is unexpectedly taxed, trust us, we get just as frustrated as you do in these matters.
When will my Order Arrive?
Estimated Delivery Dates are calculated once your order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Standard creation times is 7-10 business days, please refer to "How long to create my order" section above for more details.
As most Domestic packages are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS. . Priority 3-5 Day Mail. You can expect to receive your order 3-5 Business Days after shipment. Tracking will be sent upon cleared shipment so you can have the most accurate tracking directly from USPS.
International Shipping Timelines are dependent on the country please contact us for more specific timelines.
Please take into consideration such events as weather, disasters and Holiday Seasons such events may impact the timeliness of your order.
If your order is time sensitive please leave a note on your order upon checkout or contact us upon purchase so we can be sure to get your order created and shipped on time.
Shipping Insurance?
Shipping insurance may be purchased by you at checkout.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please take pictures for any and all claims reasons. If your items have been stolen or damaged. Please report it to your local post office with as much evidence as possible. (Pictures and the shipping box would be ideal.) If you need any help with such claims please feel free to contact us.
